One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the same company.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Company Listings

Companies listed on Outsource to BD must:

Be legally registered businesses operating in Bangladesh.
Provide accurate and up-to-date company information.
Submit valid trade license documentation for verification.
Not misrepresent their services, team size, or capabilities.
Maintain professional conduct in all platform interactions.

4. Verification Process

Outsource to BD reserves the right to verify company information. The verification badge indicates that we have reviewed submitted documentation. However, verification does not constitute an endorsement of the company's services or financial stability.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

Submit false or misleading information.
Impersonate another company or individual.
Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes.
Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Outsource to BD, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Outsource to BD a license to display and distribute such content on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Outsource to BD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

The accuracy of company-submitted information.
Business decisions made based on directory listings.
Disputes between users or companies.
Service interruptions or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
